I like the idea of it being in sort of bursts if you will, something really powerful in term of abilities but restricted to only brief moments and cannot be used repeatedly back-to-back. I think that'll work, or whatever idea you personally prefer out of those you listed.

Lovely, I'll be getting my CS sometime today most likely, though, with it being both Easter and 4/20 (even though I don't celebrate such a day, I just think it is funny to mention it because harr harr immature humor), it might be sometime tomorrow what with everyone seemingly taking a break from RPG.
