I am intereted in this. I would prefer that the large scale conflict would be concerning just one planet and maybe a couple of its moons. I feel like a war in a whole star system would be chaotic and there wouldn't be enough role players to roleplay and their characters would be all spread apart. Just ranting you can do what you want.
But yeah I vote for small conflict
