"Ah, of course sir. I am Shusuke Hotokai." he said proudly. "While at the academy, they cover a lot of great information as to what each squad does and with careful consideration with my zanpakuto, we've decided that the squad most known for it's [i]hope[/i] would be the best fit." said Shusuke, happy to finally be standing before the captain of the squad he so desired. "The academy also taught me that the way one applies for a squad varies depending on the captain's discretion. What would have me do sir?" he asked, curious what he would come up with.
