Welcome betelgeuse! Bertram could be from both schools like Zordon, ScareCrow, and my own characters. He seems alright atm but make sure you put reasonable history to explain his 3's in credentials. Do you think you could finish the CS by the end of the week? 

Just got out of work, waiting on the bus atm, but I'll try and finish the IC post by tonight. My apologies to those of you who have been waiting a long time for this to start.
