Followed closely by his feline companion, Kaito navigated the maze that is the Seireitei streets. "Why would they build it like this? I guess it's a good way to hinder an enemy from getting into important areas..." He mused as Sykes yawned indifferently. "Why do you even hang around? Not like you're ever interested in what I have to say." Kaito told the cat grumpily. Kaito stopped in front of the gates of a squad and looked down at the piece of paper he was given by another shinigami. It had a crudely drawn map on it but from what he could tell he was at the right place. "This must be Squad 10. Wait out here Sykes-ugh." The feline leaped up and used Kaito's head to springboard over the gate. Kaito sighed. [i]Wish I could be as care free as him...[/i] He entered the compound and stood at the gate. He opened his mouth to call out and announce that he was looking to join but he stopped and stood there looking quite unsure. [i]Should I even be here?[/i]
