I'll have more information once the CS is up, but I'm going to throw out the smart guy (named Theo) as a freshman kid from the upper class part of town, a recent transfer from the Big Apple. He'd probably live near Iikka, but he's kind of nerdy and is into video games, science and engineering. Just reaching out to see if anyone might be interested in having their character and Theo be friends, or at least lets Theo tag along sometime, so he's got an 'in' with this crowd.
