Just use 'Csonugdytuft, The Bountiful Wheel' for simplicity's sake. :D 

Csonugdytuft isn't even actually a name or title, it's just the first letters of each section of her name strung together for ease of saying/typing. Even when it comes to humans IC saying her name they just use that unless they're one of her Priests.

And Khan, I haven't noticed that. The other Princes seem pretty evil to me.
