Shit happens to the Sim because Lux really isn't that great at the whole sensing traps. Not that great for someone that's apparently psychic. The Sim, already in bad shape quickly shuts down. ''What the hell?'' She said, ruffling her fingers through her hair. She remained somewhat calm at least. No use freaking out just yet, she still had a few things she could try even with the limited uses this mecha had, it was just a matter of waiting for the right moment. So she crackled on her comms, ''Where are you taking me?'' She didn't bother telling them to let her go, that was pretty much a no go obviously.
Thinking quickly, Aaron hacked into Sim, checking his options. A plan began coalescing. It was sheer madness. But it just might work. This mech was perfect for what he had in mind. "The reason why this space is off limits is due to it being the site of an alien infestation, Petty Officer." He paused, letting Ali take over the rest of the cover story while he got to work. "Uhhh, yeah, that's right. Aliens." Ali Al-Saachez, gave it a moment, plotting his next few words as he let the facts sunk into the clearly useless woman, "Look. We've been patrolling this area so that word doesn't get out. It's a sensitive time, you see. We're trying to communicate, but they don't speak the language. Can't have some random schmuck coming in and causing a...international incident." He paused, as Aaron continued his work, "But the situations just changed. It looks like these guys are under attack. So, as a show of good faith, we humans are gonna go and save our new alien buddies." He chuckled, "Guess you just got volunteered to save an Alien race, Petty Officer." Aaron's image appeared on his viewscreen, giving a a thumbs up sign as the text "relevant data sent" flashed beneath him. "No...War Buddy."
