LexCorp. Mike stood in front of it and looked up at just how tall this monstrosity was. Fortunately it was only fairly early in the afternoon, so the offices were open. Mike waltzed into the foyer and looked at how beautiful it all was. An international Fortune 500 company such as LexCorp can easily afford a grand foyer, but Mike never imagined it to this extent. Water features made up the entirety of the side walls, while a marble floor sparkled like an angel winking at him. A plaque to the original Lex Luthor descibed how instrumental he was in forming the world we know today, while avoiding well-known details regarding his malicious criminal activity and run-ins with the original Superman. The chandelier well above him basked in its' own size and splendour, and was a prominent feature of the room despite its' position in Mike's peripheral vision. "Can I help you?" The voice was intrusive but gentle, and was coming from the opposite wall of the room where a receptionist sat facing the door from behind a desk. Mike had gotten so lost in the beauty of this vast foyer that he forgot the reason he came here. Some quick thinking accompanied by a scan for security measures suggested that deception would be futile in such a secure and well-monitored environment. "Hey, I um... Hello. I'd like to know if there's someone, um, working here called 'Lex'?" Words were difficult as Mike stared at the receptionist's long eyelashes and ruby red lipstick. "Do you maybe mean Lex Luthor," the receptionist asked without judgement, "the CEO?" Everything suddenly clicked into place for Mike.
