Kaldis felt like his heart was going to explode out of his chest, he hadn't really expected his caltrope plan to work at all, but it looked like Orin was MAKING it work. Not only that, but Orin told him to head after their leader, which really wasn't helping the sinking feeling in his stomach. In fact, that feeling might as well have been a gaping hole in his stomach, that man in the suit was absolutely huge, he looked like he could snap his neck like a twig; and that woman...something was off about her. None of this, none of this at ALL sat well with him, he didn't think he could take on either of those two, let alone BOTH at the same time. For all he knew, those two were as strong as Orin, he wouldn't stand a chance alone. He felt his back start to sink against the wall as he struggled to stay on his legs. His knees were shaking, at this point he'd dropped the bow staff to press against the wall with his hands, even his hands were trembling. "I-I need to run...I need to get out of here, if I don't, I-...What? What's going to happen? I'll...die? ...No. Orin's not telling me to go because he can't do it himself." Kaldis finally straightened up as his trembling stopped, he he banged his right fist against the wall as he regained his focus as well, stooping low to pick up the bow-staff, he had an idea. Clasping his hands together once more, he formed a simple, completely unimpressive flat plank of wood that was pretty dang big, large enough to fit his entire body on, but there was one thing he added to the plank. Wheels. 8 shoddy, yet still smoothed and rounded wheels laid around the edges of the board, connected to 4 axles, and with his new plank, he sprinted as fast as he possible could over to Orin's chain bridge and flung the board onto the bridge and jumped onto it, pushing along with his hands as quickly as he could, the bow staff had been flung away, and had managed to hit one of the mobsters in the back of the head. The ride was extremely bumpy and rough from the chain's rungs, but he pushed on regardless, if he was standing he knew he'd already have fallen. "He told me to do this because he knows I can...I hope."
