Hey, I don't believe we've met yet, with the skills section, if it's the regular skills (as in, Hakuda and the such) then you can only have skills with a rating of unranked, as you are unranked, as far as I know, there's no limit on how many of those you can start with though
If it's the shikai/bankai skills, just make up some nice skills to use, and try to balance them as best you can
