Random shanty guy? Lol, if you're referring to [i]Jownz[/i], the old wood-carver, yeah. He's an old friend of Miguel. They met through the smuggling network - Miguel being a smuggler & Jownz being a look-out. He'll pop up from time to time throughout the IC, only as an NPC though.. and only for the purpose of dialogue.
