Kaori thought he was going to be sick when they teleported again but he couldn't deny that he was happy that they had gotten away from that very angry man. Looking at Mary though he was really starting to worry about all of this, when she spoke his eyes widend a little at her intent on getting everyone away. When she went to sleep Kaori reached towards her but stopped mid-reach and withdrew his hand. Mary was doing what she could for everyone and it was obvious it was putting a strain on her, Kaori looked at the talisman's Alari had given him and the part of his message he said not to share with anyone. Alari was going to die, he told Kaori that pretty directly without a moments hesitation. He was going to do so because it was the easiest way to set up a counterattack if necessary, one talisman would activate if it became necessary but he couldn't be alive for it. He told Kaori to make up something for his absence, he said 'I'll have to vanish' will suffice if nothing else, he didn't like it but it was a personal request from Alari so he complied. Alari put his life on the line for them, honestly he wasn't sure what to think about it. Alari didn't answer him when he asked if he could come back this time, Alari was taking his own life...that broke the immortality rule. Kaori shook his head he couldn't think about that, he just had to do what he was able too, everyone was trying hard for now he couldn't be cowardly...though it was extremely hard not to be. Kaori looked over at Raina as she spoke to him, when she lowered her hood Kaori seriously considered if he should just do the family painting first, he quickly pulled himself back to reality as she continued to speak. Kaori looked at Mary and sat on his knees letting out a small sigh before he spoke. "Yeah she's been using them to try and help us," Kaori said. "Mera-sama didn't want her too and Oji-san didn't either but..." Kaori trailed off for a moment pained for a moment as he thought of Alari. "Sorry...Mary-chan wanted to help. I don't like my friend pushing herself too much...but I appreciate how much she cares at the same time." Kaori stood up and adjusted the flower in his hair before holding the talismans in both hands. "At the very least she can get a nap in while we wait for everyone else, of course any actual physical fighting involving touching I leave to you Raina-san so good luck I'll be rooting for you...from way over here." Larel remained still as he looked at Mera however when Sybil's voice reached his ears he immediately looked for Sybil, he found her and his eyes narrowed at her as he noticed she really was controlling Hotaru's body and he could see the strain already put on it. When Sybil mentioned control Larel's eyes actually drooped as he found that extremely hard to believe with the way she seemed to address things but now wasn't the time for that kind of doubt. When Mera spoke to him he nodded and his shadow returned before picking up the body; Larel watched as it was pulled into his shadows vanishing into the vast darkness before a loud crunch was heard. Larel physically flinched and holding up his hand allowed a sphere of darkness to appear, when he made the darkness hiding the contents of the sphere vanish a red liquid showed within it. The liquid was clearly the blood from the body though Larel wasn't pleased with how he obtained it. The sphere vanished and Larel watched as Sybil landed near them. She wasn't going to willingly accept the blood he knew that, so it seemed he was going to have to force it. He looked at his hand at the thought of it but he didn't have much choice. When Sybil spoke he felt a chill run down his spine worried what she intended on doing, when she put the blade to Hotaru's throat his eyes widened as a mix of fear and anger enveloped him. His pupils shrank as he stared at Sybil his hand clenching into a fist as he watched her, he was beyond anger at this point and seemed at the breaking point. "Hey hey now," a voice called pulling Larel back to reality. Larel's shadow rose up and taking the form of the female Larel wrapped her arms around his neck before resting her chin on top of his head. "Now that's not exactly fun now is it? Entertaining as it would be to watch Larel's only friend die in front of him and I mean it would really be fun this is a boring way to do it." The voice was clearly Zenmaru and thanks to Alari removing three of the seals she had just enough power to manifest, though it seemed she was still darkness and not a physical being. "Larel you have to fight your friend," Zenmaru said. Larel's eyes widened at this and he opened his mouth to complain but Zenmaru spoke stopping him. "If you don't Sybil will kill her, I mentioned this before right. You'd have to choose, now you remember what a ninja has to do right." Larel lowered his gaze at this and Zenmaru looked over at Mera before her easygoing grin showed on her face, there seemed to be something else lurking beneath that smile but she turned her attention back to Sybil causing it to vanish. "Remember the three wise words Larel, see no evil a ninja only see's a target there's no good or bad about them, no friend or enemy," Zenmaru said this covering his eyes with her hands. "Right?" "Y-yes Zenmaru," Larel said nodding. "Good ninja's don't hear evil either do they," Zenmaru covered his ears as she said this. "Those orders from earlier aren't important, right now you have an enemy and they have to be taken care of." Again Larel nodded as a response to her before she continued. "A ninja must speak no evil either right? Being silent and all that uninteresting stuff you do, now darken your heart, pull your sword and attempt to kill you friend like a man," Zenmaru said as she covered his mouth for the last part. Again Larel nodded and Zenmaru grinned and hugged him from behind again before patting his head. "Now get rid of the blood," Zenmaru said. Larel held his right hand out as requested and summoning the darkness let the blood from the human fall to the ground leaving a red spot. Larel used his foot and covered it up with dirt. Larel glanced back at Mera at this, he wasn't sure if he could communicate it but he tried to say 'trust me' with his eyes. "There now everything's even," Zenmaru said smiling. "Why don't you make the first move Sybil or we can I just want to see the pained expression on his face as he fights his friend. I got trapped and missed all the fun at the festival, I want a little fun of my own and what better than two friends fighting each other. I get my payback for rudely excluding me and it'll be interesting to watch, it's a shame you can't fill his emotions right now they are everywhere. Don't you agree Sybil, just imagine it Hotaru will either wake up with her friend standing over her bloody corpse or she standing over his. Imagine that reality for a moment, well that's if you let her see it mind you, don't see why you wouldn't though it's cruel not to let someone know they took their friends life. Leaving in denial and ignorance is bad for a persons health. Now hurry up and get ready I didn't come out here to watch Hotaru die, I came out to watch two people suffer, possibly three depending on Mera's opinion of this." Zenmaru backed away from Larel and took a few steps until she was next to Mera, she crossed her arms as a silent indication that she had no intention of interfering. Larel reached back and drew his sword before holding it with both hands and getting into a fighting stance, he didn't want to do this and it showed on his face but he steeled himself and locked eyes with Sybil. "You'll have me to deal with if you interfere Mera," Zenmaru said keeping her attention forward. "Let the two 'enjoy their youth' for at least a single minute." She grinned at this, she knew what Larel was going to do without the blood in the dark sphere there was only one other way to help Hotaru and it involved getting up close and personal which is why he drew his sword. "I wonder though, if he'll be able to attack her. Either way there's going to be blood. He's not at the power he was with their original fight so let's see what happens. The human ninja or the demon in the vampire's body." Zenmaru wondered if Mera would catch on Sybil wasn't stupid but this was something Mera who had just been rescued in a certain way may realize exactly where Larel's darkness was going. "Kyushu is such a nice place," Zenmaru mumbled to herself.
