He was half-expecting the girl to try and attack him while his head was turned, maybe she had a little more sense than he had originally thought. Fumio then placed his left hand on his left hip while swinging his blade around in a circle continuously and comfortably. Clearly whatever she was doing was a set up for something big or more powerful to happen. He just looked at her with the same big, Cheshire grin plastered onto his face.
