Approved, but they all now had bombs implanted throughout their bodies and its trigger is spread throughout the Multiverse and every single player character got a hold of at least one.

Eh, right now we have 5 sheets that needs review, Tantalum's, Khan's, Leeroy's, Drag Queen's, and Nobody's.
I'd say you guys (Beta, Green, Leeroy, Biddz, Khan) pick one that's not yours and review it. Then Rilla can go over those reviews and we can pick who's the most suitable replacement GM to cover Rilla's lazy ass.

Ah, I think I understand Alpakoka's plot. I thought he meant spreading the triggers to people, but he meant spreading the bomb Evvies to blow up next to everyone as a sort of assassination plot.

I imagine some incompetent guy putting a bomb in her tail, gloating that he can kill her at any time. However, she detaches her tail and throws it at him and he looks down at it in annoyance at his own stupidity before blowing up.

As for character acceptance power struggle council board whatever; Yes. You guys can figure out how you wanna sort it out, I'm going to check out a few unreviewed characters. And then I'm going to get my head in the game and post that Necropolis post.

Ysolda? Yes. Exalted are basically humans that gained superpowers from an immortal celestial soul that merged with theirs. So yeah, they have body heat similar to a normal human. If you're asking about her Essence Armor or Anima, those do not put off any heat, just light.

As for the CS's that need reviewed, I shall get to work reviewing ImpNo's character sheet in a moment. I am finishing up work on a new character for a different RP.
Decided I can do the review first.

Really, ImpNo... the only issue I could find is the duration of the Stun Ray. Standard hit knocking someone out for a half hour? That's AWFULLY potent in combat. Maybe make it similar to a stungun, but with a KO effect rather than a shocky-shocky? Where it KOs you for maybe a minute or so on a standard hit, and maybe like... an hour or two hours tops on full-blast? If you're quick, a full minute is plenty of time to capitalize. Be that tying someone up, running away, kicking them in the head a few times, etc. Or on full power, more than enough time to tie them up and get them in a van or transporter or whatever.

Seem legit?

Other than that, looks fine. Short backstory, but I can look past that pretty easily.

All in all, it seems fine. Interesting concept. Does he have access to his amplifier backpack all the time? Keep in mind that he would, and should, be considered high tiered whenever he has access to it. Logic; Just because Goku doesn't super sayan, doesn't mean he's lower tier unless he's -incapable- of doing it at any point during a fight.

Also, your wording on the machine itself might be a bit off, but;
The massive boost amplifies Daligrov's potential by 1 ring per body part, allowing for a 3rd addition to the force multiplication. Meaning that a single punch would carry not three times the force, but four times the total amount of power in one instance.

Is a bit inconsistent with the power you described at the start;
These rings multiply the attacks dealt by the part of the body they surround. Not like, multiplying the force, the rings simply travel after the blow and strike the target in imediate succession once the blow collides.


Does the machine work the same way his power does, or is it increasing the force instead?

I think that's something like from the Anime known as "Toriko". In that, the main character, Toriko, has an ability called the "Spike Punch". The ability basically is a strong punch, that hits with the force of the initial attack once, then again, then again, and so on... a multiple of times equal to what he can perform at that point on the series. Basically, delivering the same attack multiple times in quick succession to the same exact area, causing significant damage compared to a standard attack.

Maybe the thirty minutes stun requires much longer charge time and overloads the gun for a long time? Or I could just remove the option to have it last that long it if that's not good enough. No big deal.

The minute could work for the standard (central nervous system) hit.
