Hello! This seems interesting enough, but I want to suggest my character idea before I really get into making it:

With the reveal of these species, there has been a growing pressure for the government to keep an eye on the conflicts created between these "packs" and their leaders. Though the government did not want to openly do such a thing as it could very easily backfire politically and racially, thus the government secretly contracted a private security company to do the work for them. This means that they cannot be directly blamed for any real "incident" but still directly manage and keep up on the affairs of these packs, maybe even influence them to their own benefit. 

Like I said, this is just an idea I'm throwing out there to spice things up even more, I plan to have a character that is an agent of said company, who I'll think of a cool name later, and we can go from there. I'm open to anything else, and if you don't like the idea, that's totally fine as well. Just an idea that came to me is all.
