What's this? Another application so soon? :O How lucky am I! I'm glad you enjoyed it, Bella, and I enjoyed reading it, too. It was in no way bad, it was an excellent introduction to Ingrid and I am glad to accept you into this Rp. If you have any questions, comments or things you'd like to see in the Rp, please mention them. Also, horsies? Yay! I really liked the way you described Ingrid using her talent, that was amazing and I think you did a good job giving us a brief look at her personality when Deeta flew over to help her and the fact that she can laugh at herself and take some teasing. As well as the way she can do amazing things with her talent one moment and then mess it all up and drop it the next which seemed to be nicely display both by the actual incident with the water and with the fast flyer's opinions of her. Good good! Well it wasn't like I was going to deny you, was it Rex? You've stuck around this whole time and provided a great reply to Deeta, no problem! Ooh, that'll be interesting with the lack of control going on, especially with something as inherently dangerous and wild as fire. And don't worry about the superpower thing, I'm going to monitor people getting too over the top with that on a case by case basis within the Rp but the latest movie has seen the fairy's talents used in pretty powerful and aggressive ways such as a garden talent summoning seaweed to trap a human's oar as they were rowing away on a boat or a water talent summoning considerably large waves and stuff. So while I don't want people going overboard, I'm not adverse to people weaponising their talents or having a talent that could innately be used offensively...or for cooking, I love that :P Are you asking for hat designs or the reason why it can't catch fire? :P When I asked if it was made of plant materials, I sort of imagined little triangular strips of leaf or flower petal forming the panels of the cap (you know, all placed side by side and meeting at their tip at the top of the hat) and then sewn together with a prominent cross stitch formed from some sort of thin viney string or maybe spider silk or something. The peak could just be a more rigid leaf/petal and if you wanted some sort of emblem, I could imagine it being stenciled on with the same sort of paint the garden fairies use to paint the leaves. He could even have like a little seed husk or something at the top to form that button they have. As for the fire safety thing, maybe all of his clothes are coated in a thin layer of flame retardant sap? Not so much that he'd be sticky or need to constantly re-coat himself, I'm talking on a really small scale, like waxed cotton or something. Also, how slow am I to have just noticed the relation between 'Crispin' and fire based powers? Haha, geez!
