Kurisa told the two waiting outside to enter his office then he looked at both of them once they entered then spoke "What are your reasons for coming to me? I ask that you be quick...I have many things to do...important business" Kurisa waited for their answers. Neither really looked like the type to be in his Squad and so that lead him to believe that they were likely here to ask to join another Squad
