[img=http://static1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20131107004351/assassinscreed/images/e/e3/Navigator_concept_art.jpg] Name: Andrew Gow Nicknames/Titles: The Queens Scourge, 'Traitor' Age: 29 Gender: Allegiance: Pirate Allegiance Faction: His small fleet of 3, one Man O'war(His own) and 2 Frigates. Role: Captain Personality: Andrew is organized and smart within reason. While he knows how to fight his way out of a battle he also knows which battles to fight and when to retreat. He treats his crew with respect and as friends, often drinking with them and fighting alongside them in battle. He is rather devious though and anyone in their right mind who has just met him would know not to trust him. Because of his knowledge of the monarchy and the navy he tends to put on a voice and make out that he is actually a navyman lost at sea when taking on navy ships who are too far away to actually make him out. The same works on land though, he has been known to maroon various pirates who have lead him to treasure troves in the hopes that they can share the loot. If you are his friend however, you will never have a more honourable ally in the field. He treats his friends with the upmost respect and would even share his loot and resources with them. If betrayed though, you will never be hunted by one man so mutch. Some men may move on from a betrayal, Andrew is not one of those men. He will hunt you to all ends of the seas and risk life and limb to display your head on his mast if you even try to betray him. Besides these he is rather arrogant and cocky and will practically always attempt to take a fight to an enemies ship or try to get them to hijack his ship in the hopes that he can use his sabres in the field. Enhanced Ability: His skill with his swords are unmatchable by most. He can take on groups of enemies by dodging and weaving before slashing and cutting at them with ease. Biography: Andrew was born to a pirate father and a whore mother in Edinburgh. His father abandoned his mother after paying and his mother tried her best to care for Andrew and do her 'job' at the same time. He didn't have much of a childhood, he had to get put to work at a young age and quickly earned a job to help stacking crates onto ships. He soon learned the in and outs of a lot of small and large ships through his childhood and began to become more fascinated with them. So fascinated in fact that he became a stoaway on a pirate ship. The captain found him though but took mercy on him and took him on as his own. At first he was put to the most menial of tasks but the captain took a liking to Andrew and became a sort of father figure to him. He taught him how to navigate, drive a ship and to fight. He excelled in fighting with a sword but lacked in firing rifles and pistols. The best thing the captain taught him though, was to never trust anyone. The captain should have heeded his own advice. The ship soon captured a member of the royalty. A princess. Andrew was only around 15 at the time but he took a liking to the princess as an older sister type relationship. He had the job of bringing her, her meals and keeping her safe from the crew. He began to bond with the princess and over the course of the year they became best friends. Soon the relationship became more though and Andrew would often see her in secret whenever he could. But the ship couldn't escape the navy forever, they soon surrounded the ship and were sure to blow it to smithoreens. Andrew knew of his fate if this were to happen and he new what he had to do. He freed the princess before lighting a powder keg at the back of the ship and blowing a hole in it. He escaped with her to a navy ship. The navy brought him back to England to the request of the princess. Andrew faked that he was actually a prince who was kidnapped with the princess. He made out he was from a country that was undiscovered yet and didn't know his way home. The royal family accomodated Andrew and arranged for a wedding to be made between him and the princess after a few years had passed. Everything was great up until an informant told the king that Andrew was actually the son of a whore and a pirate. The king arranged to have him killed. The assassination however went wrong, luckily for Andrew. His wife to be was hit by a bullet headed for him and he escaped. He mourned for a month before plotting a full escape. He had scraped up enough to buy a small gunboat and had promised his friends he knew where more loot was. He did. They set sail for a small island that he had discovered with his childhood crew and when they got there, loot was waiting for them. They had enough to buy a bigger boat and they did. They hired more crew and Andrew's fleet went on from there.
