GTM +1 for me - CET (Central European Time) Time Zone. I am online usually from the morning to the early afternoon (6 am to 1-2 pm my time) on a PC and at night a few hours around midnight CET on a smartphone.

Oh I would like to know if I have a new comer to the city - someone which managed to venture from the outside - as my character AKA I am asking if I can a character which is not affiliated, for now, with any of the existing factions and is quite capable.
