It made her pay enough attention to realize she was dangerously close to the end of her line. "Break time it is..." The sword disappeared and she was now put on the defensive. To avoid the slimes that tried to attack her, she ducked out of the way for everyone else to take a few hits in. Watching them all fight made her giggle. Some were fighting wildly and desperately, and then there was people- mainly Haku who fought with expertise as if he'd been doing it all his life. She watched in awe as he did. His cool manner of doing things surely fit the ice magic style. She watched as the new kid Inadi used cool lightning attacks and then as Lesley used.... rainbows and flowers. It was definitely weird, but it proved effective for him or her... and it was helping Jasper. So she just accepted the weird power with the weird person. Rainbows spewed from Lesley's mouth and lightning and ice rained down. This was surely something she wouldn't see everyday. Why would anyone want to leave here? But of course, she remembered some panicking when they had begun to forget simple things the longer they stayed. She didn't have time to reminisce because two strangers jumped into action and began slicing and dicing slimes. "Sweet!" She watched the whip and the blade move in expert motion. It was quite the show. Until she realized that they were surrounded by little slimes, and the mother slime was fast approaching. "Well, it's some party." She had enough of a break, and was ready to fight again. She pranced toward Inadi and Harper. "C'mon you two! We can stop them, just keep them away!" Like it was that easy. She laughed and followed Riley. That redhead knew how to have fun. Ace leaned against the ice pillar. When she requested back up, Ace was already slicing up the slimes near them. "Don't worry! I got your back!" She looked up to the boys for a brief moment and then to Riley and Harper. "Rely on each other?" That was something she never did before. How on earth would that work if they were all inexperienced with their own skill? Well, it was one of the times where winging it was necessary. Orders were given and Ace laughed. "Riley, if you really want to get its attention, you're going to have to do a better job." Ace stabbed one of the slimes before kicking it to the side. Another growl was heard and she watched it launch itself forward. "How does that thing move? It doesn't have limbs. That's kind of weird you know. But I guess that's Nowhere for you." In the middle of the fight her mind wandered off to something of less importance. "Whoa, that thing is getting close." She noticed and hurried off to the side to avoid getting a direct hit. "Alright, freeze and burn! Let's do this!" The sword lit aflame again- Ace realized that she didn't need to keep it lit and it saved energy that way- and she sliced at a few small slimes that wandered to their mother... Only making the large one even more upset.
