Metroplex is a gigantic (600 feet tall) Autobot whose alternate mode is a city. A more than capable arsenal in the Autobot ranks, Metroplex doesn't care for his own safety and is more than willing to sacrifice anything if it means securing the victory for his fellow comrades in the war. He has tremendous power, is loaded with rockets and isn't afraid to crush Decepticon leaders with his fist. In other words, don't piss him off.

Optimus Prime, once named Orion Pax, was second-in-command to Zeta Prime, but he was thrust by the High Council of Elders into the Prime Rank against his will after Megatron kills Zeta Prime, thus becoming Optimus Prime.

Optimus Prime is the heroic leader of the Autobots. He is both brave and compassionate, inspiring greatness in those who follow him. Optimus has a strong sense of justice and righteousness and has dedicated himself to the protection of all sentient life; he will battle his foes with unyielding resolve to uphold his belief. Even the leader of the Decepticons, Megatron, begrudgingly admits his respect for Optimus Prime.
