Backstory: Born to a rich family of nobles, Elisedd enjoyed a lavish lifestyle for most of his younger years despite the death of his father on the day of his birth. He had an authoritarian attitude towards his elders, but he was smug and pretentious around those his own age and younger. Due to his lack of a father, his mother decided it would be best for him to begin training for knighthood in the queen's army. He served as a page to the knight Raggemand of Highmount and eventually became his squire at fourteen. Raggemand was a ruthless, take-no-prisoners type of warrior. The first time Elisedd went to battle with him, they routed a hideout of conjurers and slaughtered all, save one - which Raggemand had Elisedd track on foot for three days. 

When he was nineteen, the brotherhood launched an attack on the Night City. Elisedd and Raggemand held fast defending the Queen in the keep. One assassin managed to breach the keep, and shot Elisedd's mentor down. He was left alone to defend the queen. He managed to cut down the attack, but only after being shot in his left shoulder. The Brotherhood was driven back, and after the battle Elisedd was dubbed Sir Elisedd the Young by the queen. From that day forward he served her loyally, and recognized her as the true prophet of Vanhara. After he had been dubbed, he felt that the rumors about the "mad queen" were false, for that day she had shown gratiousness for his deeds that only a noble leader would. He now serves as a high ranking captain of the city guard at twenty years old.
