It's unlikely Owl Man could defeat The Predator, yes. 
However Bat Man punches way above his weight class all the time. My character's not much compared to Super Man, but Bat Man could take him out, conceivably at least. *shrug*. 
There are many people who could take out The Predator in this role play. *shrug*
