No animals bigger then a human? Transforming could take a bit of time so he/she can't just do it on the fly. Ah, and not super small characters like flies who can just completely fly past obstacles.

He's good. I'll approve of him. His weakness will help balance him out because there's a ton of unholy things to deal some damage.
