The Three Stooges - Hell Reggie walked the halls of Lucifer's castle, trying to find that damned archer. He knew Kain would show up eventually but Pace... he was a different story altogether. He stopped in the middle of the hallway when he noticed him sitting on the floor, watching something. "Dude... What are you doing?" He asked, raising a brow. "Hold up," the archer said, intensely focused on a plunger sitting in front of him. "Someone left this fabulous sh-t here." "...A plunger? Dude... Seriously? Reggie asked, rolling his eyes. He pulled his fingers through his haired and sighed. "We don't have time to be screwing around. Boss wants us up top by morning." He continued, trying his best to get the archer motivated to move. The archer moved his eyes away from the plunger, now looking at his fellow demon swordsman. He then said, his expression remaining the same, "I used to be a plumber." Reggie stopped what he was doing and turned to Pace, staring at him, his expression blank. He turned sharply and walked over to the nearest wall and slammed his head into it. A few seconds after, he turned back to Pace, blood trickling down between his brows. "...Why the hell are you an archer now, then?!" He asked, shouting and began rubbing his temples. Feeling somewhat stupid when the swordsman asked him that, the archer simply told him, "I dunno, my mom told me to be one. She said it pays more than what they give to plumbers." Reggie sighed, giving up. Maybe, I should just go find someone else. I mean, Boss wouldn't mind right? I'm certain Kain wouldn't mind either. Stupid dolt doesn't mind anything. Doesn't say anything. He looked over at Pace, his eyes hard. "....I... I honestly don't know what to say now. I'm just going to go... shoot myself." He mumbled, turning to walk away. This caught the archer's attention. The man stood up from the floor, facing the swordsman who was walking away, as he simply explained, "But I'm the archer! I'm the one who's supposed to do the shooting." Reggie stopped and let out a groan, his hand finding it's way to his forehead. Is he really this dumb? I mean, does Lucifer really hire idiots like this? Wait... What about... me? The archer noticed the swordsman's troubled expression. Feeling guilty for not doing it earlier, the man took out his bow and loaded an arrow without any hesitation present in his actions. He then pointed it directly at his fellow soldier. "Holy sh-..." Reggie shouted, whipping around as he heard the sounds of the archer pulling his bow. "Wait, wait, wait! I didn't mean for you to literally shoot me! It's a figure of speech! If you're going to shoot anyone, at least shoot the people we're after!" He continued, holding his hands up as if they'd stop the arrow. The masked archer seemed to (surprisingly) understand Reggie's explanation, as well as his statement. Acknowledging his fellow demon soldier, the archer simply shot the floor. He simply answered, "Okay." Expecting an arrow to the face, the swordsman jumps about 3 feet in the air, jumping backwards and falling on his arse in the process. "Holy sh-t, dude! Watch it!" He shouted at the archer, wincing as he tried to get back on his feet. "Well, how else am I not supposed to shoot you?!" The archer asked, utterly baffled by the swordsman's reaction. Reggie let out a loud disgruntled groan, his frustration growing. He turned to the archer, his face red with anger. "I. Don't. Know! I'm a swordsman NOT an archer!" He screamed at the man, spit flying out of his mouth. It was no wonder this archer's name was Pace O. Shazt. "But," Pace said, doubt shrouding over his face, "smart people know how to use anything! You're a swordsman, so you're obviously smart, right?!" As he said this, the archer continued holding his bow. Reggie stared at Pace, clearly insulted by his words. He couldn't really rebuttle him. He didn't exactly want to admit he wasn't very bright. There was a reason he just swung a sword around. Still, he felt he had more strategic thought processes than Pace did. No matter. "You... I.... UGH! I'm not paid enough for this shit." He muttered, clearly irritated with both himself and this archer. "You're right," the archer said, sounding somewhat... enlightened. "You're not paid enough for this, and I'm not paid enough either. Those damn fools! Who do they think they are?!" Suddenly, the two males hear a soft dark sound and feel a tingling at their back. As they turn, slowly, they see Lucifer standing there, towering over them, his burnt skin popping with heat. Reggie felt the hairs of the back of his neck stand up as he looked at his boss, fear settling in. "H-Hi, B-Boss." Reggie stuttered. "Oh sh- er, hello, sir," Pace said with a nervous look. Lucifer ignored the swordsman and turned to face Pace, his expression masked by the marks on his face, but one could still clearly see hatred in his old eyes. "God. Now get back to work before I cut your pay altogether." Lucifer grumbled at Pace before vanishing into a clowd of black smoke once again. --- Kain walked down the hallway, his expression blank. He looked outside to fires if anyone were looking, they'd swear they could see a smile on the demon mage's face. He lifted his head slightly when he heard a familiar sound and narrowed his eyes, staring in it's general direction. He walked further down the hall and spotted Reggie talking with Pace, more like screaming at him. His eyebrows raised as he watched Lucifer appear near them after Pace's... ill thought out words and stifled a small chuckle at the scene. He walked up to the two after Lucifer was gone and sheepishly asked, "I'm late, aren't I?" Pace attempted to coldly speak to him, only to have his anger gone when he saw Kain. "Yes, you piece of- handsome devils." Kain simply blinked at Pace, not really quite sure what to say to the archer. Wouldn't it be rude if he agreed with him? And it wasn't like he disagreed with him either... Reggie rubbed his temples and closed his eyes, trying to calm down. "Can we please... just... move on? We're going to be late." Reggie told his two comrades, giving them a hard look. He wanted to get this over with so he could go back home and eat some of his mother's soup. "I KNOW, RIGHT?!" The archer exclaimed, flailing his bow up in the air. "Why are we not moving? This is all your faults!" Kain let out a small grunt and began walking off, toward the place where Bael would open the portal. Reggie watched him with tired eyes. Yep, definitely not getting paid enough for this. The demon thought dryly as he followed Kain, leaving Pace behind. The archer blinked before realizing that he was falling behind. "...Huh? Hey! Wait up plz!"
