Ok, revised the stuff and added the virtues.Still not sure what to stick in humanity/willpower, though. Could one of you help with figuring that out, based on the virtue point distribution? You noticed the reference to Fishmalk, did ya?Will add the derangement description soon.

If you have a Conscience of 1 and a Self Control of 4 then you have a Humanity of 5. With a Courage of 5, your initial Willpower is 5. As Bad Wolf said you add the values of the following together to get Humanity/Willpower:

Bad Wolf said
Humanity = Conscience + Self-Control
Willpower = Courage
That's how you get those two stats.

Remember, your virtues start at one not zero.

And I was wondering if this Malk was designed specifically to fit the Fishmalk stereotype.

It was designed to mock the fishmalk a bit, yes. Not to be a true fishmalk, though. We personally like making fun of stereotypes.

here's a first draft of the "how she works"-thingy:

Derangement description & how she works:
Alodia's derangement is multi-faceted. For one, she's got multiple personalities, sometimes working together, other times at cross-purposes. She's got a bit of memory problems too, having trouble distinguishing when what happened in the past. Her connection to the Malkavian Madness network is pretty strong for a kindred of her age, which in turn destabilizes her in comparison to most others.

She's also obsessed with fish and certain other animals, using their names in place of some other concepts. Alodia is not the classic joker, though. Even prior to the Embrace, she was more than a little insane and utterly inept socially. She's a bit of a scientist and was nearly a prodigy, but the embrace rather made that potential wander off. She's still unusually intelligent, but she's a malkavian, so its of varying use.

Reminding her of the past isn't the smartest thing. She has vague memories of it, but seeing as how she's insane, the pre-embrace memories are utterly mixed with the post-embrace memories. When she feeds, she tends to be a bit messy, like in the appearance image. Basically the rest of her derangement is that she explains things scientifically, filtered through the perception of a Malkavian.

She's not much of a fighter, but still more than good enough to tackle most regular mortals. When it comes to combat, she will dodge and hide more than she will go for direct confrontation. She has only minimal conscience, so killing is something she couldn't care less about having done. She doesn't know how to do a lot of mundane things, like use firearms or drive vehicles.

Travis: character is great, except history. Texarkana hasn't had a prince until now, and this one doesn't have a scourge yet. There are un named vamps that will come with the prince, and one would likely be going for that position, so if you are willing, helping him get that position would be a great job for his new child.
Other than that, you are accepted

K: looking good.

Gargoyle: also looking good.

Thank you all for helping out. Need to keep you guys around. And thank you ellri for being patient and receptive.

Two malks, two assamites, and a brujah?
This'll be interesting.... keep it up guys.

With this group layout I see much combat in our future. We are quite the intimidating group.

Quite the weird group. *laughs* Not exactly your typical coterie.

And my character is done except for his haven and any last-second revisions. Just waiting to hear back about a detail there.

EDIT: And I think this is a question that everyone could use an answer to... How will we be handling experience points or character growth? If we wish to increase our character's reference stats to learn a new level of a Discipline, for instance, are we just going to roleplay out the character delving deeper into their undead talents (perhaps under the tutelage of someone who already has that level of the Discipline)? Or will there be points awarded to allow for such growth?

Both. I will be awarding exp, and faster than a normal tabletop game does, but unlike some table top games, I want to see a reason your skill went up. If you are shooting most of the game, your melee skill shouldn't magically go up without reference to practice. I will have down time, likely not a lot, but that's why xp will come faster.

Awesome. Just from past experience, you can expect me to spend most of my exp on Discipline stuff. And I will definitely roleplay Reza progressing with those.

No problems. We're very patient. The RP we GM is one that moves at a very slow pace. Probably because most posts tends to be multi-page collabs.

Leveling based on what you actually do seems far too sensible. You should add some fish to it to make it less sensible. Maybe slap the prince with one, like any good fishmalk is wont to do.

We have only made gangrels before, so we might stumble a bit around with playing a Malkavian, but the addition of actually using the point system helps a lot, wethinks.
If our character's behavior resembles fishmalk, please slap her with a fish till it stops.

Don't worry, as the sanest malk in town, I will gladly take up this responsibility.

This is my first time trying this, could someone please look over my CS to see if it's fine (and inform me on how Haven's and Blood work since I can't figure it out T_T?)

My character has no real form of fighting haha, he's designed around getting out of danger as fast as possible.

By Generation. 13th Gen has 10 blood. 12th has 11. 11th has 12.

Gargoyle: Huh. A cold child assamite.... didn't see that coming...

Your Gen or generation would be 13

You'll need to pm me about your guardian angel. And any other questions you have.

Did you spend most of your freebees on merits?

K: sorry I missed your question on the first page. I'm using the 20th anniversary edition

Freebies were mostly spent on merits with 5 going into intelligence and 1 to backgrounds.

EDIT: Yeah I don't know how I managed to confuse Gen with gender haha
