Review of : Rin Yamakaze

Don't have much on the character, other than finding it having Chidori. Then it was confirmed in story that the technique was copied by a lot of shinobi, so I shouldn't be commenting on that actually. But I do have some things to say on the custom techniques in general.

-. Though they look in nice in my opinion, they are contradicting the fact that she has 'average' chakra reserves. Though with better control, you could say that you could use it in a better way and thus in theory enlarge your pool of chakra, I find it a bit odd. Like, [b]''a spiralling ball of massive Ranton chakra''[/b]. 

Its a C ranked technique, but then is a technique about forming a 'massive' form of Ranton Chakra? That is a bit odd, because :

-C ranked techniques aren't likely to be nowhere around massive or much in such states.
- Her chakra reserves are just average. Even with a great (thus lower than high) chakra control, she could do this once and then actually be without any chakra reserves left.

Same goes actually with the other custom techniques. Its just that I think you need to look back at the jutsu rank and the way you word them. As I find that for example, the last one isn't really a C ranked technique. Throwing an actual shrapnel grenade that explodes in ''thousands'' of senbons that actually go through a target? Sounds more like S ranked to me.
