Wow, I sure missed this place! Well, the name's Amanda, you may or may not know me from the old site. I'm big on one on ones and somewhat social, at least on the internet. I'm 17, fearing adulthood, and my favorite color is red on some days and sort of a minty blue green on other days. Any questions? No? Good, good, good.
I mean, questions are great, I just feel like if you wanna know me, we can do that through OOC because I'm a big fan of that.
What To Expect
I give what I get. You give me a novel, you get a novel. You give me a lame one liner, you get a lame one liner and an angry me (that is, if you're ONLY giving me one liners. Everyone has those occasional bad replies, I get it...really, I do.)
I am pretty okay with English, I mean I don't speak any other languages so it'd be a bit sad if I sucked at this one. (you may see a run on or comma splice or two or three, if it bugs you, lemme know and I'll fix it. I'm all about improving)
I will regularly reply and, if I don't, then I will tell you ahead of time MOST OF THE TIME. If you don't get a reply from me in a week, message me and see what's up. Sometimes I read things, mean to give you a heads up or a reply, then I do something else and forget.
I like to do OOC. Ask me about my day, life, family, friends, interests, whatever. I would love to do the same. It's just as awesome as pen pals except without the cute stationary.
Oh, one more thing, I usually like to do RPs through PMs (especially now as they work out quite nicely in the new site) but if you are the type who prefers to RP through a thread, I don't mind. I usually do OOC through PMs, though, whether the RP is on a thread or not.
What I WILL Do
Just about any genre, actually.
MxF is a must. I like MxM and FxF pairings but I really can't RP them, I don't know why and I'm very sorry!
On that note, I require romance in most, if not every, RP I do. If not romance, then there has to be a seriously beautiful family/friend type relationship budding (The Last of Us, Ellie and Joel, would be a nice example of that. Their relationship melts my heart~).
I WILL double or play guys, but, being a girl, I am way better at RPing as a girl. So I would love to play a girl in some way or another but if I like you, the plot, both, or I have RPs going on where I am a girl, I will probably give it a go.
Violence and swearing is fantastic. You do that. I do that. We all do that. (though if you aren't okay with something I do, lemme know)
Probably a lot more but I can't think of anything else.
What I WON'T Do
NO FANDOMS. I might RP with OCs ONLY in a fandom universe but that's it. Oh, if you also have an idea done in a book/movie/show that you want to do with OCs that's fine too.
No smut. Nope. Nope. Nope. Not only is that weird because I'm underage but it's just weird to me in general? Sorry. I have no problem with suggesting it in a "fade to black" type way, but I will not write it out.
Most Sci-Fi. Most Fantasy. I will do dystopian things, post-apoc, and very few fantasy type things but yeah? Most of it I just don't want to do.
High School stuff. That's my life right now and, I mean, there's nothing really extraordinary that can happen in that setting that doesn't seem superficial or boring to me. On that note, most of my characters will be in the early to mid twenties range, possibly older (though that's rare) but usually not younger (aside from you know...my character's younger sibling or something, if they have one. I'm just referring to the character I choose to RP as mainly)
