This would be the third RP for the Blood Compact, an original plot I came up with. This is set 20 years after the previous where my two characters Magnus Shane and Rhyss Blackblade succeeded in destroying SOLDIER in the US and partially around the world. 

Same general rules apply along with a few of my own, here they are.
1. No God-Modding or Insta-killing.
2. Have Fun.
3. 4 Characters Max Per Person.
4. If I say it can't be added, it is possible you can modify it to do so.
5. Have Fun!

Setting: 2034, Kilo Point re-built after it's destruction. Somewhere in Tennesse near the mountains. 

Plot: It has been 20 years since Magnus Shane along with Rhyss Blackblade convinced a army of SOLDIER to destroy what they once stood for. Now, SOLDIER is no more in the States, and growing weaker globally. There are a few scattered outposts of SOLDIER in the States and various regions globally, dedicated to preserving and trying to re-gain the old ways. Will SOLDIER prevail, or will they be snuffed out entirely?
