Actually stigmata causes the antibodies of someone's blood to physically break down or harm tissue in that body due to mental ideas. For example, someone with incredible fear of vampires was once choked to death in the night..... despire the fact that nobody had entered the room. Furthermore, the choke marks could not have occured from any human. Fear had caused the bruises to appear on the neck. The body had choked itself.
