Lonan followed the rest of the Slytherin's back to the common room, chuckling at a short, pudgy first year who lamented his terrible memory and remarked that he was sure to forget the password. Lonan went into the dormitory room that he shared with Hector and Nicholas and was happy to see Pluto, the massive black cat perched on top of one of Lonan's trunks. He lifted his head and let out a soft meow when he saw Lonan. “Glad to see you made it,” he said as he scratched the huge creature under the chin, who mewed back at him. He swears the cat was so smart that it knew people made noises back and forth and did his best to play the game. How the cat always beat him into the room was a mystery to him, but Lonan had grown attached to Pluto and was content to see him survive the journey. He unpacked his first trunk and left the second one locked and in the middle of his bed. He was glad that something seemed to be causing a stir throughout the school. Anything to distract the all seeing eye of the faculty away from the common room for the night. He was just happy that none of the liquor bottles he stashed away in his second trunk sloshed as it was moved in. The presence of liquor would make for a better party. Lonan wasn't positive, but he felt like that was in the Bible somewhere.
