Ah, yeah. That's what I meant. Strongest [i]available[/i]. I presume straight up most powerful would be a group effort, or something.

As for your second, I can't really say due to not really knowing everyone's CSs, but to me I think it's Matieu and Kaito. Because lightning bolts are fuckoff powerful and they can fire off six. Plus, Weapon with Death Scythe training > Meister with Death Scythe training. Also, polearms dominated combat for centuries for a [i]reason[/i], and this one can shorten and lengthen. Rhia and Night are my close second.
