Mera nodded when Larel consented that he needed more to eat before looking out towards the woods, concentrating. It felt much better to be able to connect to the earth again and her lift was definitely easier not having to try so hard to do something this simple. She found a catch, looking over at Hotaru and Eryn, "Prepare to preserve some meat, whatever he doesn't end up eating this time," She said with a slight yawn before the ground near the fire opened up, a thick vine pulling out a boar and dropping it. "Oh that won't take anytime at all," Eryn sighed though Hotaru seemed a bit eager to stab something and started carving it up. Eryn was grateful not to be getting his hands dirty but he was keeping an eye to make sure she stayed calm since that was what Mera had said would probably be the way to keep Sybil away and he really didn't want to deal with Sybil if she was bad enough to get under Hotaru's skin the way she did. However, all three of their attention went to the conversation when Alari mentioned Larel putting up the painting and Hotaru blinked as Kaori clearly had one of Larel. "I'll pay you to give it to Hotaru," Raina said and Hotaru turned beat red before growling at Raina. "Shut up or I'll make you shut up," Mera narrowed her eyes at her sister, "I just said she needed to stay calm and getting her riled up does not help with that." "Oh shut up. I'm not one of your little worshippers, so you barking orders at me doesn't-" Raina gasped as a vine shot up, grabbing her leg from behind and yanking her leg out, causing her to hit the ground face first. "Stay," Mera said curtly before looking back over as Eryn started putting pieces of meat on sticks to cook while everyone was working on the fish, "Well, as great as this conversation is, we should devise a plan for when the sun goes down. We can't stay in the woods for long since I'm sure it's making Larel uncomfortable, but we can't go back the way we came. Should we try and find another village?" "I hate to ask it since I'm sure there's not a... exact answer but where is our end destination?" Eryn asked "I don't necessarily have one," Mera said honestly and Hotaru looked at the flames, not really sure if she had one either, "I would prefer a place where I can go back to relaxing and minding my own business as I had been before to be honest," she sighed, remembering the lovely years of solitude. She turned her attention to Mary, the vine on her wrist going up a little more as she was trying to get a feel for anything going on with her sister. Everything vital seemed to be working correctly She sighed a bit, putting her hand to her chin as she tried to think of a way to see what was going on in her sisters mind, "Are you lost, little one?" she murmured, lightly touching her sisters hair. Hotaru sat back a bit as she finished with the boar, "Guess I should go wash my hands," she mumbled, realizing she had the pigs blood all over her, "Be back in a minute," she stood up and started in to the woods towards where she heard the water. "Any suggestions for directions, lady and gents?" Eryn looked over at the others, smiling lightly as he was trying to change the odd conversation they were having since it just seemed Larel was asking the same question and getting weirder answers every time. It was amusing at first, but he was guessing that eventually he was going to start getting rather annoyed about that fact.
