I'm going to use that 2nd character I made before and never got to here, as well as martin.
I highly suggest allowing Mithias the fire starter ability. I'ts badass. 

In the last 20 years Martin will have sided with whatever side Mithias is on, occasionally helping out on request with whatever is going on, also occasionally disappearing for months at the time. Rumor among vampire nobility is that he's started a cult following, but those are probably just rumors.
Martin has also taken the habit of referring to other people with vaguely descriptive titles.
From this point on Martin starts calling Mithias 'The Phoenix'. 
Jack is 'Titan's Mind'.
Magnus is 'Crimson Mist'.
Rhyss is 'The Mercury Soldier'.

As for Cedric Faetouched.
I'm thinking he could be a neutral hunter, send on a diplomatic mission from the Independent Hunters Guild to see if a peace treaty can be made.
