Personality: Rosina is bubbly and nice. She loves to have a good laugh and prefers to watch others battle before herself. She is very optimistic and likes to make people smile.
Bio: Rosina grew up in the Almia Region where pokemon Rangers were the ones who were loved and respected. As she got older and it approached her time to become a Ranger, she 
passed and graduated with flying colors. Now, traveling to the different regions of the world, she met others called Trainers who not only befriend a pokemon, but get to stay with them and grow, becoming friends for life. Along with her Partner Azurill, she moved to Pallet Town to learn how to be a real trainer.
