I began with the Order of The Rose and Circle of Magi in Valeal, and I opened with a slave scene in Ferros because I recall Raid's character being a slave. I don't know if you guys had already worked out some kind of agreement as to whether Elisa was already purchased by Lucian's character or not, but I thought it may be an acceptable place to open in Ferros.

Lucian and Elayne, your characters are nobility, so if you can't think of an excuse for your character to be visiting an Outpost, then you may start your characters elsewhere and i will write to accommodate. 

I also think i'm changing a few minor aspects of Ferros. I think slaves, regardless of where they are from originall, will be treated equally. As in theres no longer a distinction between Gorgon and Valeal slaves from the others. Because the idea seemed kind of implausible and pointless. Overall, how slaves are treated will depend on who the master is.

Slavery is now a thing in all of the kingdoms, not just Ferros and Kain. 

Ferros and Kain however treat slavery fairly well in regards to most of the other kingdoms, with slaves in Ferros capable of attaining a citizenship status if their masters are generous. Ferros doesn't have a lot of people anymore, so they'll do whatever it takes to boost their population.
