Good question I think it would be safe to assume most of the Old Guard retired when the King and Queen left. I think there would be a few of them left, but for the most part it would be new blood, I think. When did the king and queen depart anyways? Two or three years ago? Or only recently? Was that ever put? I can't remember xP

As for pokemon relations, Latias would try to be friends with everyone. Possibly succeeding and failing in certain areas xP

Latias is the bubbly one. Claire is the serious-no nonsense one. At least, mostly xP
She may have her bubbly moments, but they won't be often. I'd be all for them being friends though, and as long as Ana and Claire don't start fighting or something, I think they'll get along well enough xD
