We'll add most of the judgment when the rest of the sheet is in.But we're a bit skeptical about the idea of the Sith banishing someone for weakness... They're not that unified. Someone will always see fit to instead use him for some scheme or other, ending in death. Weakness is despised to such a degree that its not permitted to survive. The only way to leave the Sith Order is to willingly leave of your own accord, and thats not generally very easy once they know about you. Once you are in their records, you would have to leave the empire’s reach to escape. If he was so weak as to not handle the training at the academy, someone, be it an instructor (or more likely another student) would have released him from that problem through killing him. Sith ain’t so nice as to Banish. Especially not during wartime.By the way, how old is he?
This is why the criticism helps, I am not entirely sure about how the Sith would treat these sorts of situations, or how a situation where a character like this could possibly arise among the Sith. Very well, I'll find some way to refine that, perhaps by having an intrigued Lord or Master take him away from Korriban for personal tutoring since his methods are not what the instructors were looking for in regards to the war, but perhaps what this other Sith was looking for in an apprentice for the greater intrigues being played among the Sith themselves. As for how old he is, I would have him be around 38 or 40, he left Dantooine at 20 when he had saved up enough money to slip away to Korriban, and spent several years at the academy there before being removed by one way or another. The greater part of the remainder of his life to the present after then would be traveling around the Outer Rim, wherein his new master would instruct him as an apprentice.
