Most observers are simply incapable to understand what's happening, only a user being able to gauge the skill of another." [b]Now given, she probably wouldn't be on this level yet, but much more noticeably better at martial combat. Weakness would be the lack of using ranged or targeted based magic.[/b] The question I asked was because I'm wondering if my character needs to know techniques first or whether her magic might grant her supernatural knowledge into combat.
