I also like the idea BlackSam thought up. I prefer the idea of irate survivors of the Civil War, as they would have more motivation and possibly more weaponry then drug dealers. 

If we go with Blacksam's idea then I would like to ask something. How long ago did the encounters with drug dealers and the civil war planet happen? That way we'll have an idea of which characters were present at the time, or if we all were.
