Yeah, civil warriors is a better shout. They probably woulda fled their planet when they seen the war going against them, and coulda taken enough ships, men and weapons with them to be a genuine threat for us.

I would think it woulda been before the newbies joined, as they've never met anyone before this briefing for the most part. I imagine we woulda got to know each other during the civil war if not, as I can Hunt having a meeting like this before every mission.
