David saw everything unfold with a certain disbelief. It was a combination of amazement, confusion and the need of time to process what just happened. With the plasma and the guy that showed up, all excited until he refused a skittle. It was just a skittle!? I mean…I didn’t insult him with refusing…did I? he thought to himself. He was halfway through is burger and decided to stay with Isse and Anedine but keeping quite. Until he heard a voice behind him. “Davey!” There is only one person who called him that. He felt a slight change in the wind. Yup, it was her. He turned around and stood up. He noticed that a girl was running straight at him. She wore a short summer dress that stopped a bit higher than normal above her knees and sandals. He golden hair flowed behind her like she was some girl from those shampoo commercials. She jumped on him, luckily he could keep her weight for a second as she threw her arms around him. He quickly allowed her to put her feet back on the ground. Then they hugged again. But the hug was a little too long and too tight to be a ‘hi-I-missed-you-as-a-friend-hug’. Never the less David smiled. Finally she released him. Then she hit his shoulder with his fist. Softly of course. “That’s because you never told me about the orbs!” she shouted in excitement. “Yeah, yeah. I own you one.” He laughed back at her. “Yes! You’re going to show me those orbs! Right now!” she commanded him. Still with a bright smile on her face. “Tonight. I promise.” He said back to her. Then they both looked at Isse and Anedine. “Isse, Anedine. This is Aya.” He introduced her. She smiled, said “hi!” with a slight high pitch and stretched her arm out to Isse so he could shake it. Then she would turn the arm to Anedine.
