Kamen Rider, Ultraman, henshin heroes. I was going to make a gadget guy originally but then everyone posted nonpowered gear characters and well, we needed more people with fun powers. And then people posted characters with powers but I would've taken so long to remake my bio I just finished this guy. It's easy to put skill-based characters more or less up to par with powered ones, just gotta give them good enough gear. Beauty of a gadgets guy, they can fit in on street level, country level, world level, cosmic level, just gotta keep their gadgets level with the setting. Oh yeah Chiba has a good guy hero too, btw.
