I'm interested in gypsy x keeper. I'm thinking perhaps the knights are killing gypsies because it's been discovered that they hold a secret power related to their long-since-destroyed homeland, and the two may eventually discover this and have to quest a bit to figure out where said homeland is and how to get there (and how to execute the secret power as well). Eventually. :)

Boluk-bashi Samhain ibn Raiza al Chakirji (Samhain son of Raiza, Janissary Captain and High Falconer), former solder for the Sheik of the Southern Empire, retreated to the North after being sentenced to death for high treason -- he helped a dozen young Northern girls escape rather than be forced into the Sheik's harem. Before that, however, he was a captain of the Janissaries, the elite chef-warriors of the Southern Empire, and a master falconer. 

Today, he calls himself 'Sam,' and tries his best to hide his obviously Southern heritage under hoods and low hats, passing off his skin as merely tanned. His martial prowess isn't exactly unrivaled, but it's pretty close to. His cooking skills, however, are peerless. His pet falcon, Kaim (caretaker), was his only friend for almost three years until he stumbled upon this young Gypsy girl. His mastery of her language is limited, but his desire to help her isn't.
