"Hard to believe that you have yet to beat me in a game of chess if that power of yours is genetic," Leon chided, giving him a friendly pat on the back. Two beings began to approach the trio, wanting them to take their seats. Leon avoiding the two and stepped back from Keita and the other one, wanting to avoid the seating area, choosing to stay in the cafe and watch from afar. The two beings who asked him to take his seat left with a dull smile, Leon having injected a flood of octopamine which to his amusement made the two act submissive. 'Duly noted, works on non-humans too' Leon though with a small smile, his golden eyes watching the two move on corral other muties. The most the news warranted out of Leon was a raise of the eyebrow during a sip from his quickly cooling beverage. It wasn't much of a surprise, really. Most older people understood that the government had been unnecessarily secretive and flooding the populace with lies as long as history can recall. His eyes drifted across the crowd, biting down on his lip as he looked over the group. "I can't believe I'm the oldest here..." His voice trailed off, proceeded by a long sip at his bitter beverage, "I wonder how everyone's gonna take this." He considered releasing some chemicals into the air to calm down any of the muties who would take this news poorly, stopping himself before he followed through. This was the first step in their new lives. He couldn't act as a crutch for everyone, despite how badly he wanted to.
