Yet we are always the ones who get scolded at for website smut.Mods need to check themselves.

Before they wreck themselves, or something.

Still, a few people here have a history of posting some pretty 'nope' images that probably made Spam earn the magnifying glass of mod scrutiny. Dolphin tits and flying dick helicopters come to mind.

I think a large part of the problem is that a lot of furries almost to be judged and ostracised. They view themselves as outcasts and set themselves up in insular communities based around something they know alienates most people, then they wear it as a badge of honour and shove it into people's faces. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm in no way saying all furries are like this, I've known a few during my time on the web and for the most part they've been lovely people, but there are a vocal minority who seem to get a kick out of peoples' negative reactions and actively seek to make a bad name for furries as a whole - just like trolls get a kick out of being hated and ostracised. It's like those guys who made the MLP porn of the character that was meant to represent the disabled boy - that shit was just to troll and alienate people.Agreed fully. Both in regards to the "" and Rasputin as a name.

Yeah, I think you pretty much hit the nail on the head. People who feel socially outcasted tend to empower themselves with stuff that's not socially normal and then get really loud and obnoxious about throwing it in people's faces to show how different and independent they are and blah blah blah.

In that sense, the deviant furries are like the goth kids who pretend they're vampires or the militant atheist neckbeards.

I feel like we're writing a thesis on social studies.
