Nvm, I think i'll just make it useless. After all, it would make my characters virtually unstoppable. They could harvest energon by destroying the world pretty much. It would ignore shielding, in fact would gain extra from shields. So i'll just do what I said and say Energon Harvester won't work (Although it will work against a cybertronian)

Also, E.D.K. Techvolt's are pretty powerful. They could destroy multiple Knightmares (regardless of shielding or skill), so no E.D.K.'s.
