Hatsu adjusted his mask, standing on top of a tall pole overlooking Kumogakure "Its been quiet for some time, I wonder when I'll be able to do a mission" He said outloud as he crossed his arms. He was irritated due to the fact of the two shinobis following him. He had no privacy and couldn't train as he liked. He sighed and turned around "Don't the two of you have something better to do!" He yelled at them. However, they were hidden from sight so it just looked like Hatsu was yelling at nothing. The villagers at the ground below were staring up at him and began to spread rumors that he had finally gone insane. A vein popped on his forehead "Gah! I'm tired of all this waiting! If I don't go on a mission, I'll go crazy!" He yelled at the top of his lungs

A thought popped into his head. Since they wouldn't let him go on a mission, why not have some fun.. He smirked behind his mask and turned back "So the two of you wanna watch me huh? Well then" He jumped off the pole and landed on a building top "Catch me if ya can!" With that, he zoomed off by jumping from building to building. The two shinobis sighed "Dammit, why are we stuck with the jinchuriki duty" One of them said. The other shinobi spoke "It doesn't matter, its still a mission. Lets chase after Hatsu before he causes more problems" They left their posts and began to chase after Hatsu
