Hiro Mendez frowned when The Doctor mentioned that somebody was trying to take down the Council, especially if it's somebody within the inner circle, then quickly changed to a grin. "I can assure you all that I am trustworthy to the matter and that if anyone makes a move that they will be taken down quickly, no matter the being." Eric, arriving late, entered a little more rushed than normal. "I sincerely apologize... I didn't expect to be slightly be delayed in personal issues..." Eric says as he sits on the opposite of Hiro's side of the table. "So... what did I miss?" Eric said soon replied from Hiro. "A group is planning to go against us and there are rumors stating that someone within this very council, or a few, is plotting against us... and you better be on your best behavior Eric... I've known your past..." Hiro said to Eric. Eric laid back on his chair and kicked his feet up on the table. "Hiro, I have already attempted to fix my mistakes, and well this council is a great way to make up for it, start "anew" if you wish to say... my job here isn't to mess with y'all and basically preform suicide, no I want to protect people for once in my life." Eric said smiling at Hiro. "Alright" Hiro responded, then looked towards The Doctor and Shizuru. "I apologize for our interruption..." Hiro said, semi-bowing in his chair towards The Doctor and Shizuru.
